We take great care to ensure every item is carefully checked and packaged before dispatch.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you must notify us within 3 working days of delivery.
To report an issue, please email us with:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once your claim has been reviewed, we will arrange a resolution as quickly as possible. This may include:
A replacement item
A repair
A partial refund (where appropriate)
Important Information
Claims submitted outside of the 3-day window may not be accepted
Items must remain at the original delivery address for inspection and collection
Items must be returned in their original packaging
We are unable to process returns without sufficient photographic evidence
We cannot accept returns that have been moved to a different address
Returns
Due to the nature of our products and our specialist delivery partners, we do not accept returns for change of mind at present
Delivery Issues
If a delivery is refused or unsuccessful, additional delivery charges may apply. If an order is cancelled after dispatch, handling and delivery charges are non-refundable.
